A Creative Space for Connection and Reflection
Art therapy groups and courses invite you to step away from daily routines and spend time in a calm, supportive, and inspiring environment. Held at my studio in the Abbotsford Convent or at Melbourne Art Class in Hawthorn or Armadale, these workshops are designed to nurture your creativity, support reflection, and encourage meaningful self-expression.
Each session offers you a chance to engage in the creative process through painting, collage, sculpture, movement, or writing. You don’t need any art experience — just curiosity and openness. Together, we explore how creativity can help us reflect, reconnect, and discover new perspectives.

Why Join a Group Workshop?
Art therapy groups provide a unique opportunity to:
- Explore your emotions through creative expression
- Gain new perspectives on recurring challenges, stress, or conflict
- Experience calm and balance in a restorative environment
- Connect with others in a supportive, welcoming community
- Feel a sense of belonging through shared creative experiences
- Discover more about yourself in a reflective and meaningful way
Many participants describe the sessions as a “weekly art retreat” — time set aside just for themselves, to pause, recharge, and express freely.
