A space just for you
Individual art therapy sessions offer you dedicated time and space to pause, reflect, and express yourself. In a supportive and nurturing environment, you can explore your feelings, thoughts, and experiences at your own pace — with or without words.
As your art therapist, I gently support your process while you choose the creative methods that feel right for you. You might use painting, collage, movement, writing, or sculpture — or simply begin with one small mark on the page. The focus is not on making “good art,” but on self-expression, reflection, and understanding.
Why Choose Individual Art Therapy?
One-on-one sessions provide a welcoming, person-centred space to explore what matters most to you. Art therapy may be helpful if you are:
- Seeking new perspectives or a deeper understanding of yourself
- Looking to reconnect with your creativity
- Moving through a challenging life transition
- Experiencing anxiety, stress, or burnout
- Living with depression
- Navigating loss or grief
- Exploring the impacts of trauma in a supportive way
You don’t need any previous art experience to take part.
Trauma-Informed and Person-Centred
Every session is grounded in trauma-informed care. This means your boundaries, choices, and pace are always respected. My role is to create a compassionate and inclusive environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. Together, we work collaboratively — always following your lead.
